A farm attack took place on 23 February 2020, between 14:00 and 18:00 in Migdol, Glaudina area, North West province. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two attackers overpowered a 92-year-old farmer(Piet Raath) and farm worker in the field on the farm. They were assaulted, tied up and a shotgun was taken from the farmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attackers fled the scene and immediately a community cooperation operation was set in motion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fantastic and effective flow of information and after the attackers tracks were followed to Glaudina informal settlement both attackers were apprehended and the shotgun retrieved at 17:40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim was not seriously injured after the attack, though very traumatised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
