A farm attack took place on 6 September 2019, in Simondium, Western Cape province. The victim was followed home to the farm from the ATM, attacked, assaulted and then tied up.
The victim’s wallet, phone and cash were robbed. The attackers were disturbed by a farmworker and fled the scene.
One possible suspect was arrested by private security, there is no other information available at this stage.
