A farm attack incident took place on 28 September 2019, in Spitskop, Bredasdorp, Western Cape province.
The attack took place on a farm between Swellendam and Bredasdorp in the early evening. Burry van Papendorp was severely assaulted by an unknown number of farm attackers and he was taken to the hospital.
His bakkie was taken by the farm attackers during the attack.
The bakkie was later recovered in Kathoek where the farm attackers fled on foot into the bushes.
